Service Calls
Troubleshooting, repairs and what to expect when we arrive.
What is included in a standard service call?
Our $350 minimum includes travel to the job site and up to two hours of professional electrical service. Most service calls are completed within that time. Materials are additional.
What happens if the job takes longer than two hours?
Additional standard labor is billed at $175 per hour after the first two hours.
Do you troubleshoot existing electrical problems?
Yes. Troubleshooting is a major part of our service work, including outlets, switches, lighting, circuits, breakers and other electrical problems.
Do you offer after-hours service?
Yes. After-hours service is available Monday–Friday from 5:00 PM–7:00 AM and Saturdays. Sunday emergency service is also available.
Residential Electrical
Remodels, additions, lighting, circuits and complete electrical projects.
Do you handle remodels and additions?
Yes. We provide electrical work for residential remodels, additions and other home improvement projects, from individual circuits and fixtures to larger electrical upgrades.
Do you hang chandeliers?
Yes. We install chandeliers and other light fixtures, including projects that require new wiring, switching or electrical boxes.
Do you do complete rewires?
Yes. We handle rewiring projects ranging from individual circuits to extensive and complete home rewires.
Do you replace or upgrade electrical panels?
Yes. We perform panel replacements and electrical service upgrades when the project requires them.
Restoration
Electrical reconstruction following fire and water losses.
Do you work on fire-damaged homes?
Yes. Restoration work is a significant part of what we do. We can repair or reconstruct damaged electrical systems as the property is rebuilt.
Do you handle electrical work after a water loss?
Yes. We provide electrical restoration for water-loss projects, including replacement or repair of affected wiring, devices and other electrical components.
Do you work with restoration contractors?
Yes. We regularly perform electrical work as part of larger restoration and reconstruction projects.
EV Chargers
Home and commercial electric-vehicle charging installations.
Do you install home EV chargers?
Yes. We install residential EV charging circuits and charging equipment.
Can you determine whether my electrical service can support a charger?
Yes. We can evaluate the existing electrical system and determine what is needed for the proposed EV charging installation.
Do you install Commercial EV charging?
Yes. We also provide EV charging installations for Commercial properties.

Are you licensed in Oregon and Washington?

What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area extends approximately from Molalla north to Vancouver and from Hillsboro east to Gresham, including communities throughout the Portland metro area.
Do you handle electrical permits?
When an electrical permit is required for the work we are performing, we can coordinate the electrical permitting requirements for the project.

Regular service hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Do you do both small and large electrical jobs?
Yes. Our work ranges from troubleshooting and service calls to remodels, restoration projects, panel work and complete rewires.
